About this home

Sweeping House is Rich People Properties’ first project — a spec home built to sell, located in the Sta. Isabel phase of Mission Hills, within the Havila township in Rizal.

Three bedrooms and a maid’s room over two storeys, with a roof deck above and a skylight over the stair. The master’s bedroom has its own walk-in closet, T&B and balcony, and the second floor opens onto a family area.

Still to come. Floor area, turnover date and pricing will be published once confirmed against the project’s records. We don’t publish figures we can’t source.
